At Fair Oaks Healing & Arts Center we support bringing balance to all areas of your life.  We see all aspects of you as interconnected with every part of you affecting every other part.  

     Founded in 1989, Dr. David DeLapp created the center alongside artists and health professionals as the realization of this philosophy.  The goal of the center is to lift each patient up in their health as well as their spirit.  Each affects the other.  Both need support.

Location

      We are located on Sunset Ave. in Fair Oaks, Ca. at 7529 Sunset Ave. suite H - 1 block east of the intersection with San Juan Ave. 

From Hwy 80 north take the Auburn Blvd. exit south (city of Citrus Heights) - it becomes San Juan (about 4 miles), then turn left on Sunset Ave.  We are 1 block on the left.

From Hwy 80 south take the Madison Ave. exit east (2-3 miles) and turn right on San Juan Ave then left on Sunset Ave.  We are 1 block on the left.

From Hwy 50 north or south take the Sunrise Blvd. exit north.  Go over the river then 3 lights to Sunset Ave. - turn left.  We are 8 tenths of a mile down on the right.

  The complex has a wrought iron fence in front and we are located in the back right hand corner.

Each practitioner at the center is an independent business.  If you are interested in renting a room for your health related business hourly, daily, or monthly call us at 966-4714.

Prices:

Dr. DeLapp DC:    

Routine office visits are $50 for cash patients and $36 for patients with Medicare.  Initial exams w/treatment are $164 for cash patients and $135 for patients with Medicare.

For  prices on other services please contact the office.  We are not Medicare providers but we will send the bills in for you.  Although we are not panel providers for any insurance plan, many plans have coverage for "out of network providers".  Check with your insurer for coverage.  Auto insurance covers you for accidents if you have Med-Pay coverage.  Only your insurance covers your bills and pays the doctor.  "The other guy's" insurance only reimburses you personally - not the doctor, after your case is closed.   We can treat Workers Comp patients with pre-approval from your Comp carrier.  We accept cash/check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards.

Ellen Flowers CAP:

Initial visit $70   Follow up - sliding scale $70 - 90 per hour.  (Payment options same as above).

Asyra Health Evaluation $25 and Homeopathic Remedy $15

Susan McDonald CMT:

$65 per hour for massage, $75 per hour for theraputic/rehab work - (cash/check only).

Lorena Morales CMT:

Special through September 30th, 2010 - $45 per hour for massage (regularly $65) and $70 for 11/2 hour massage (regularly $90)
